I'm a massive cat lover! I've had cats of my own since I was 8 years old, so I have plenty of experience. As an adult I've housesat for 18 homes, including 16 cats, 7 dogs, a gecko, and a chinchilla (as of July 2026). You can rest easy knowing your home and loved ones are well cared for while you're gone!

Safety, trust & environment
Most importantly I will love your cats as if they were my own, giving them all the pets and attention they deserve. I will also ensure they have adequate food and water, clean their litter box, and administer medication as needed. Also happy to collect mail, water plants, take out the trash, and just generally clean up after myself.
Ratings and reviews
Sam took excellent care of our cat, Quincy, and our home while we were out of town. He was flexible with coordinating before the trip and was quick to respond to all communication. He sent updates and photos, and was thoughtful about everything. We came home to a happy cat and a clean house - we highly recommend and would love to have him stay again in the future!
Sam took great care of our kitty, Nemo, and left our house so clean. He was flexible with our travel plans and did his best to make sure Nemo had everything he needed over the holiday weekend. He also sent lots of photos which we loved! We really appreciated his care for Nemo, especially on such short notice.
Sam did a great job caring for my cat, Link, while I was away for a couple of nights. He was friendly, responsive, and easy to communicate with throughout the process. I came home to a happy, well-cared-for cat and a tidy home. I’d gladly have Sam pet sit again and recommend him to others!

Schedule
I work from home, so I will be around to give your cats the love and attention they deserve most every day. I aim to leave for the day once a week to go hiking, but I make sure to leave plenty of food and water and a clean litterbox to tide them over until I'm back.
