When dog sitting in a clients home, I like to keep their schedule as familiar as possible. Care varies from dog to dog. This is why I like to do a meet and greet with the owner and pup before committing. Personally, I like to take the pets I’m sitting for a lot of walks and make sure they get a lot of love and attention. I understand how precious pets are to their owners and they deserve the best of care.

Every dog is different. I typically ask the owner if there’s something I should know prior to looking after their pet. I like to know if the owners prefer I walk their dogs alone or in a pack and if it’s ok for me to take them in the car so that I can bring them on a trail.
A typical day
I’m an outdoor enthusiast so I like to take the dogs I watch out on walks. Either in their neighbourhood or out in the trails if it’s okay with the owner. I am more familiar with trails in the Valley but I’m always up for something new.

I’ve been around dogs for most of my life. Although I don’t have my own pet I have a lot of experience with those around me. My intention is to give them whatever they need and love them while their owner is away.
