Hello, I’ve taken care of dogs (and other animals like horses and cats) my entire life. I also have experience with foster dogs however currently do not have any animals at home. I’ve taken care of dogs of all ages from puppy to geriatric, including dogs that need medical care, blind dogs, deaf dogs, etc. I have experience with dogs with general and separation anxiety. If you are looking for boarding, I do live in a condo, however don’t worry that your dog wouldn’t spend enough time outdoors. I love to spend hours every day outdoors on walks or at the park. Looking forward to meeting you and your pup!

Sam was great with Lupe. He take great care of care and sent me pics and updates through the day. I was a bit nervous because it was the first time leaving Lupe, but it was a great experience. I highly recommend Sam!! 🙌🏽

Sam is a phenomenal sitter! He asks really great questions and made sure to understand everything about my puppies routine prior to and at drop off. It was a little nervous since this was her first time being away from me since I brought her home and Sam is just so calm and kind that it made it really easy to know that she was interested hands and constantly sent photo updates of her hanging out with him and she just seemed so calm and so comfortable with him. He’s fantastic. I would recommend him Kylie, and he will definitely be babysitting my pup in the future!

My dog stayed with Sam for 10 days, he had a really good time. Sam is very friendly and sent me regular updates and photos which gave me a peace of mind while travelling. I strongly recommend Sam.

Schedule
I work exclusively from home and only work in the evenings, so I am available all morning and afternoon for your dog. If your dog is staying with me, I will spend all of my time with them and not leave them alone longer than the time it takes to run an errand

In my home, I focus on spending time with the dog and keeping them engaged. I am happy to follow any instructions for care or training that the owner has left for me.
A typical day
I live near a multitude of parks and green spaces by the harbourfront and love walking. I also drive and love to go on hikes outside the downtown core when I’m with an active dog.
