I love dogs, I love walking
Been a fan of dogs my whole life. Got my first dog, Reggie the Cocker Spaniel, around 10 years ago. I have dog-sat and cat-sat for many family friends growing up, and currently my partner and I have three cats in our home. I have been on Rover and Cat in a Flat for about 5 years now, and have walked/cared for so many different types of dogs and cats over this time, from 50kg American Bullies & Dobermans to Pomeranians and Bichon Frises.

Safety, trust & environment
Your pet’s safety is of paramount importance to myself, and will be kept on the lead at all tomes when out of the house (once I have got to know your dog, or had permission from an owner, I know of several secure parks where a dog could be let off safely)

We asked Sam to house sit for us whilst we were away for a couple of days. Sam was easy to work with, flexible and ensured Blue was not just walked but happy. Sam took the time to play tug-of-war and ball with Blue when he wanted to play. The house was clean upon our return and Sam was responsive to messages and sent daily updates! Also of note, Blue is a large German shepherd with a gentle but sometimes cheeky personality, Sam was able to handle him with ease! I highly recommend Sam and I look forward to seeing him again next time I'm away!
Sam has been brilliant with Blue and very accommodating of his needs. He is friendly and has made a great effort to understand Blue's routine and walking routes. Highly recommend!

Schedule
I currently work in a large photo studio, 08:00-16:00 Mon-Friday, with quite flexible hours depending on how busy our work flow is, so should be able to accommodate to your schedule

- When I meet them, we’ll discuss their behaviour around other dogs, and things to look out for. This could be; Making sure they are on a lead in certain situations,like around other dogs or bodies of water. If a muzzle is required. If they don’t like motorbikes, cyclists or hats. Every dog is different, and I’ll try to keep them as comfortable and safe as possibke
