I have a wealth of diverse pet care experience; throughout my life, I've nurtured a strong passion for animals and have dedicated a significant amount of time to honing my skills in their care. I will love and care for your pets as my own! I have four dogs, from 20-110 lbs. Two of my own dogs are rescues from the shelter, which has taught me to learn to handle problem behaviors. One of my dogs has health issues, which has given me the opportunity to learn to administer medications smoothly. I have a range of experience with dogs from young puppies to geriatric dogs. I am also an active person who loves to hike. All in all, I want to provide your fur baby with the love and attention that s/he deserves.

Caring for pets in my client's home during drop-in pet sitting and walks is a responsibility I take seriously, prioritizing their safety, building trust, and creating a comfortable environment. I begin by thoroughly familiarizing myself with the home environment, understanding potential hazards, escape routes, and any specific safety instructions from the owner. I ensure all doors, gates, and windows are securely closed before entering or exiting, preventing accidental escapes. During walks, pets are always leashed securely, and I pay close attention to their behavior and surroundings to prevent potential accidents or confrontations with other animals.During drop-in visits, I engage pets in play sessions using their favorite toys or activities. This helps to alleviate any boredom and keeps their minds stimulated.

Saloni "Monica" B. looked after our cats for 5 days, coming by to feed and play with them twice a day. We were very reassured to know she was here for them. All 3 cats liked her right away! Would recommend and will hire her if we need a cat sitter again 😊

Feeding and ensuring pets have access to fresh water are top priorities to keep them nourished and hydrated. Throughout the day, I schedule short breaks to spend quality time with the pets. This might include brief walks, playtime, cuddles, or simple companionship.
