Information Sally S. would like to know about your pet

The number one thing I want to know is how to make your dog feel comfortable and safe while in my care!

A typical day

I am an encourager and nurturer. My husband, who works during the day, shares a similar style as I do. Mostly we just love on dogs and they love us back! We have been known to talk baby-talk to our dogs, and as grandchildren far away, I can assume we are sublimating. :) I have taken care of a several rescue dogs. Our family's first dog was a humane society dog that had been abandoned. He was initially frightened of everything and wouldn't bark, but with lots of praise and care (and a few treats!) he became quickly at home.

Pet care experience

I have owned dogs for 20+ years! I love all shapes & sizes. Now I have given my 3 yr old shiatsu sisters BB and Snickers to my twin sister who has daughters with special needs. So my husband and I are dog free now and would love to love on your pets like any good but indulgent grandparent would, I have a fenced backyard & nearby park for dog walking. I have taken care of diabetic dogs (i.e. insulin shots) & am comfortable giving medicine if needed. My husband & I treat dogs like children, and since our children and grandchild are many miles away, we will gladly love on & spoil your pups! I have been away from Rover for about a year working outside the home but now I would love to take of your dog. See my rates for puppies at night if you have a dog under a year that you want to overnight board. I will come into your home to take care of your cats- similar rates as day camp (if you live close prices would be lower.)

Sally was an outstanding sitter for our elderly dog. He needed a specific diet and regular medication and she carried through on everything wonderfully. Duke is most comfortable as the only dog in the house so Sally’s profile fits him perfectly. I would highly recommend Sally for any of your pet sitting needs.

Sally is an excellent sitter, she provided several pictures and updates daily, I knew Milana was being spoiled and couldn't be in better care, thanks for giving us peace of mind during the 10 days you took care of her. The best :)!

Sally and her husband are the only people I trust to take care of my puppies. We will always be repeat customers.

We left our dog for 2.5 weeks with Sally. I got multiple pictures a day and knew she was being spoiled like she is at home. She even had a few doggie play dates.
