Pet care experience
A compassionate, loving cat person!
I have raised 2 cats of my own from the time they were just 8 weeks old. They are now 10 and 6 years old, so caring for cats has been a part of my everyday life for many years. Before Oliver and Teddy, I also rescued an injured stray cat, which gave me experience helping a cat build trust, feel safe, and adjust to a loving home. I'm very tuned in to feline routines, unique personalities, and body language. I'm also patient, gentle, and respectful of boundaries, and I take the time to make sure each cat feels safe, relaxed and cared for- just like I do with my own. I have experience in bathing and grooming my own cats, clipping their nails, changing the litter box, although I own a litter robot now (can troubleshoot that as well).

Safety, trust & environment
I am new here on Rover, so I will describe how I care for my own cats. They have a Litter Robot at the moment, but I also used to scoop using a regular litter box and a pine litter system. My kitties get fed a combination of dry and wet food, with some of their favorite cat treats from time to time. Oliver and Teddy love to play with their favorite toy wands and get the most activity in that way. Oliver (the gray and white cat) loves to cuddle and is very affectionate, whereas Teddy (the orange and white cat) prefers his personal space and will approach me for pets when he wants them!

Schedule
I’m currently getting ready to enroll in a BSN nursing program that is close to home, so in preparation, I am taking online classes right now. Other than studying, I have plenty of time to sit for your cats! I’m available Monday through Fridays, and occasionally some weekends.
Prices include all fees.
