I primarily work from home so your dog will never be left alone for long. I am writer, so I sit at my desk quite a bit. However, those hikes in the woods or walks around the neighborhood are necessary. I would love to have your dog join me.

Let's discuss any special needs to see what works for both of us. I prefer easy going dogs who are well-mannered with a predictable temperament. I accept big dogs and little dogs. Just fill me in on what your dog likes and doesn't like.
A typical day
There will be lots of walks, cuddles, attention...whatever your pet needs. As long as your dog is house broken and well behaved, he will have access to the entire first floor of the house. There are hiking trails near the house that we enjoy, but a quick neighborhood walk is easy to accomplish, too. I have beach access if your dog loves the water and catching sticks.

Pet care experience
I had to put down my 10 year old lab this winter. I miss having dog, but thought this would be a great way to spoil your dog and have a dog in the house again. I'm not ready for another pet just yet. I will be in charge, as I work from home. Promise lots of walks, private beach if your dog enjoys that and lots of attention. No puppies (can discuss if housebroken) and can provide for senior dogs if needs are reasonable. Thank you!
