Pet care experience
"Mommy" for your pets!!!
I have a very large backyard for lots of playtime and exercise. I DO NOT offer walking. I board multiple dogs with a maximum of 5 spaces per day. Please check my calendar for availability. Drop off and pickup times are from 7:30 a.m - 6:00 p.m. This are scheduled in advance as soon as booking is finalized. Please take this into consideration when scheduling a new booking. I require all customers dropping off their dogs to text me thru the Rover app once they arrive and to have their dog(s) leashed. No refunds/credit for early pickup. I schedule a meet and greet for new customers and their pets. A meet and greet is very important to determine if this is a good fit for both parties. About this sitter: I am retired so this is my full time job. I initially started out as a petsitter for my friends and family and later decided to focus on this work fulltime. Unlike a kennel, your dogs will not be in an enclosed cage unless the owner specifies it and requires their dog to be in their own personal crate. I leave it open and give the dog the option to get out of their crate when they feel like it. They will roam free and run around my very spacious fenced in yard. They are free to sleep anywhere in the house, including the couch except the bed. This is their "home away from home" and will be treated like a member of the family. The basic duties include feeding, oral medication when necessary and lots of playtime. Petsitting is not just a job - it's a great way to bond with the animals and give them the love and attention they need while their owners are away. Comfort, lots of TLC and safety is a priority! My own personal experiences with all my pets since childhood is testimony to my love for animals. I feel very comfortable taking care of their everyday needs, administering oral medication when necessary and playing with them in my spacious backyard and experiencing the pleasure of seeing them have a great time playing with other dogs or chasing the squirrels! Why I love dog sitting I grew up with multiple dogs since I was a child. We always had pets and they were just part of the family growing up. Taking care of their daily needs and spending some quality playtime with them just comes natural. About my yard I have a very large fenced in backyard. This is a secure fenced in backyard with lots of room for dogs to run around and get their proper exercise. I DO NOT offer walking as part of my service. My backyard is their "dog park" ! My experience administering medication I have administered oral medication with my own personal pets and my other clients when necessary. Please note that I do not administer vaccinations. The daily schedule would start with feeding time at 7 a.m. for breakfast. Dinner time is at 4:00 p.m. They are all fed separately. If a dog does not eat, I will feed him/her an hour later. Fresh water is always available outdoors/indoors. Lots of playtime and snacks are provided mid day/afternoon. We do a lot of playtime in my backyard. This is captured thru videos and pictures and sent to the owners daily. For added security, I also put a couple of dog gates by the front door for anyone coming in or leaving the house so no pet can escape accidentally.

Sally was very attentive to my dog Anyma. Anyma hasn’t been boarded in a very long time. He’s only 1.5yrs old. He’s a sheltie and they tend to get anxious easily, not wanting to be separated by their owners. But Anyma was comfortably situated in her home with multiple dogs. Anyma is normally a cautious dog and a barker but he got a long with everyone there. I left him for about two weeks, there were no issues. Sally makes you feel at east, she has experiences with her own dogs and has a huge yard for the dogs to run freely around. Thank you Sally for watching over my dog! Would highly recommend and def will book her again.

Sally is absolutely wonderful! She is incredibly communicative and gives us so much peace of mind while we’re away. Every day she sends pictures and videos of Miso, and it’s clear from every update just how happy and loved our girl is in her care. Of course, we’re always a little sad when Miso can’t join us on our family adventures, but knowing she’s with Sally makes it so much easier. Miso gets her own adventures, plenty of love, and fun with her furry friends at Sally, and it’s obvious she feels right at home. We’re so grateful to have found someone we trust completely. We’ll continue to book with Sally whenever Miso can’t travel with us. We couldn’t recommend her more highly!

Sally always takes the best care of our dog! We trust her completely and are so glad we found her!

Sally took incredible care of my dog, and she had my dog for a long time (10 days), too! I highly recommend her, and I would definitely use her services again. Thank you, Sally!

Sally has taken wonderful care of our doodle multiple times. She has a lovely fenced yard, perfect for pups to run around in. She provides regular photo and video updates which we very much appreciate. We feel at ease traveling, knowing our Rocky is safe and in good hands. We haven’t always had great experiences with Rover boarders, but Sally is wonderful and we feel very fortunate to have found her. Thank you and see you next time!

Sally clearly loves dogs and is very attentive to their comfort. She seems relaxed about letting dogs be dogs, and her yard was a safe, dog-friendly place for our Howie to roam. The other dogs that were present seemed friendly and provided Howie with nice companions I think. Highly recommend her for Rover care!

I am retired and therefore this is my fulltime job. The pets are left in the house for safely reasons when I have to leave the house.

Safety, trust & environment
My yard in all fenced in and secure. On a typical beautiful day, the back sliding glass door is left open so they can have the freedom to go in and out. I leave them inside the house if I have to run an errand or go to a scheduled appointment.

A typical day
I DO NOT offer walking since I have a very large backyard where the dogs can run around all day!!! I do a lot of quality playtime with my dogs - throwing balls, frisbies, sticks, playing tag, etc. Your dog will either sleep in his own crate if it is crate trained or if the owner requires it or in my bedroom floor in their individual beds which I will provide or sofas. I provide the dog beds and food bowls. There is no designated room for the dogs to sleep. Time I'll spend with your dog I am home all the time therefore the dogs are not left alone for a long period of time. When I do have to leave the house, I leave the dogs locked up inside and make sure that they are safe and secure. Time I'll spend with your dog I am home most of the time and would only leave the pets for quick errands or scheduled appointments. There will be a lot of potty breaks and playtime.
