Hi, my name is Salena. I love all pets with dogs being my favorite. I've been working for Wag! since 2017 and starting to stretch my wings to Rover. I am studying to be an Veterinary Technician while currently working at an animal hospital in Glendale as a room tech and Kennel Attendant. I've been known as an animal whisperer ever since I was little because I always brought strays and lost animals home to care for them and to reunite them with the owners. So, I have always been inspired to continue taking care of animals as my dream career choice. So I hope I can help you out by giving you a peace of mind that your FurBaby is in good hands

Salena was amazing! My husband and I visited family on the East Coast for Christmas, and we scheduled drop-in visits with Salena. She was very communicative and quick to respond to questions and concerns. She always sent us updates and pictures after her visit. She was also very hands-on with our cats, playing with them and giving them a lot of affection. One of our cats needed to be given medicine and she had no problem doing that. It was very reassuring know they were in good hands!

Schedule
I currently work part-time and going to school full-time online so I am available for your FurBaby when they need me. Monday through Friday's go head and message me and we can talk about a pickup and drop off time that suits us both. Saturday I can do pickups and drop offs after 3pm and Sundays anytime.

Safety, trust & environment
I have a fenced-in backyard and my apartment is a two bedroom so it's a good size for ZOOMIES. Kitchen and bathroom are blocked off for protection. I also have two friendly dogs myself that can keep your pup company. Yui is 5, spayed, up to date on all shots, and has a calm and cuddly nature. Axel is 6months, neutered, up to date on all shots, and is a playful puppy nature. Axel is in training process so is still being crated at night, Yui is fully trained and roams the house freely. If your pup is crate trained I will need it's crate to continue your training.
Pets
A typical day
I have a big back yard in my apartment that's fenced-in so we will go out and play or hang out in the sin if it's not too hot or cold. Otherwise I have many toys and a lovely couch to cuddle on.

- Let me know if your furbaby has any special needs or anything I should keep an eye out for. If there is any specific training I should use to make sure it's kept up on. Or any behavior issues. I would love to know your pet before I meet them just so I can prepare anything and everything for them.
