I was raised with dogs, cats, and horses . I've been responsible for Labs, Great Danes, Irish Wolf Hounds, and many mixes. Currently, I feed and give insulin to my housemates diabetic cat when needed.

Currently, I live with three cats and a dog. They belong to my housemates, but I feed them and walk them when needed. At clients homes I am happy to accommodate pets in anyway I can.

I always am 100% confident that our pups will be well taken care of when I leave them in Salem’s care. She walks them, follows a very customized feeding routine well and cuddles with them daily, which is what they’re used to. They are always happy and well adjusted when we get home and so am I because she sends me pics regularly. She also takes good care of the house, which is an added bonus.
Salem does an amazing job with Sukie. I've used Rover several times and she is by far the best dog walker I've ever had. This was the second time we used her when going out of town and leaving our sweet, but giant and reactive to squirrels, dog with grandma. Salem gives him the long daily walk/run he deserves, trust me - they cover ground! Then Sukie returns back home tired and content, and grandma doesn't have to deal with long poop walks or a dog inside with too much energy. Thank you Salem!
Have never left my pups at home alone, have always been nervous. Salem took care of my babies perfectly, and with some of their special needs. We rarely travel because of their care, looking forward to be able to travel more, with them in Salem's care.
She took very good care of my very high energy, anxious dog. I highly recommend her.
Salem stayed at my house and watched my senior husky dog for a week while I was traveling for work. It was very comforting to have someone responsible and trustworthy stay at my house and care for my doggy best friend. I’m usually a little uncomfortable having strangers stay at my house, but Salem put me at ease immediately. It was so great to have that piece of mind while I was working out of state. She sent regular updates and photos of my dog, made sure my pup got her meds and regular walks, and left the house very clean. The best indication that all was well while I was gone, was upon my return, my dog didn’t even get up out of bed to greet me and barely acknowledged me with a little tail wag when I opened the door. 😁 When my pup doesn’t get the attention that she needs, she’s usually frantic and all over me when I return from a trip. I hope I can book Salem again next time I need dog and house sitting, she was fantastic!
Great sitter, very communicative and handled our situation better than anyone to date. Will be using again for our travel and recommend for others.

Schedule
I am currently working as a part-time tour guide downtown. Therefore, my schedule has the flexibility to drop in multiple times a day. I usually have time for long walks in the morning and evenings.

- Let me know if your pet has any specific routines it needs to follow such as being fed or receiving medicine at particular times. For dogs specifically it's good to know how they'll behave around other animals and people.
