I am currently working as a part-time tour guide downtown. Therefore, my schedule has the flexibility to drop in multiple times a day. I usually have time for long walks in the morning and evenings.

I love taking long walks and exploring new areas with dogs. If the dog is well behaved and owner is comfortable, the beach is a favorite destination!

I was raised with dogs, cats, and horses . I've been responsible for Labs, Great Danes, Irish Wolf Hounds, and many mixes. Currently, I feed and give insulin to my housemates diabetic cat when needed.

Salem stayed at my house and watched my senior husky dog for a week while I was traveling for work. It was very comforting to have someone responsible and trustworthy stay at my house and care for my doggy best friend. I’m usually a little uncomfortable having strangers stay at my house, but Salem put me at ease immediately. It was so great to have that piece of mind while I was working out of state. She sent regular updates and photos of my dog, made sure my pup got her meds and regular walks, and left the house very clean. The best indication that all was well while I was gone, was upon my return, my dog didn’t even get up out of bed to greet me and barely acknowledged me with a little tail wag when I opened the door. 😁 When my pup doesn’t get the attention that she needs, she’s usually frantic and all over me when I return from a trip. I hope I can book Salem again next time I need dog and house sitting, she was fantastic!

Salem house-sat for us for 3 weeks. During that time she took great care of our 2 dogs, our chickens, and our plants. Our dogs absolutely adored her. Salem went over and above our expectations and I would recommend her to anyone.
