Since then, my life has been defined by the wagging tails and soft purrs of the animals I’ve helped heal and protect. I don’t just see pet sitting as a job; I see it as a commitment to making sure your best friend feels safe, seen, and deeply loved while you're away. Growing up with rescues taught me how to speak their silent language—whether it’s giving a shy dog the space they need to trust me or recognizing the specific needs of a senior pet who just wants a gentle stroll. Because I’m based right in the heart of the city, your pup and I will enjoy soulful walks through the Mill Creek Ravine, peaceful mornings in Windsor, or lively adventures along Whyte Ave and the River Valley. Whether your dog needs a high-energy hike or a patient companion for a slow walk, I promise to treat them with the same devotion I’ve given to every rescue animal that has crossed my path for the last 16 years.

My 16 years of rescue experience have made me a "safety-first" sitter who treats your home like a sanctuary. Whether navigating the River Valley or your living room, I am an expert at "door-dash" prevention and always enter/exit with extreme caution. For walkers, I am Edmonton weather-savvy, prioritizing paw protection from salt and extreme cold to keep your pups safe. For sitters, I perform daily "safety sweeps" for hazards like toxic plants or loose strings. From building trust with shy cats through "slow blinks" to ensuring dogs are securely harnessed, I provide a professional, low-stress environment. You can expect total transparency with detailed Rover Cards and photos after every visit, with local emergency vet info always on hand for absolute peace of mind.

Saghar stayed over watching my little Remi cat for two nights. Everything went wonderfully. She sent us lots of updates with photos. Remi was very happy to have her company while I was away :)
Saghar stayed in our home and looked after our two cats for six weeks while we were abroad. Throughout our time away, she kept in regular contact and sent us photos every day, which was very reassuring. She was reliable and easy to communicate with, and we appreciated having someone there to keep our cats company during such a long absence. Thank you again for taking care of them and staying in our home while we were away!
Saghar is a wondeful, caring petsitter. My pup loves her and welcomes her with the biggest smiles and tail wags every time. She is very clean, considerate and trust worthy.
Saghar is so kind and loving! My pup warmed up to her quickly and she is very thorough with her care and providing updates. My dog is deaf and blind and she made him feel very safe and comfortable in a short amount of time. We will definitely book with her again!

I am available to take care of your pet at all times during the weekends and in the evenings of the workdays. I am pretty flexible to navigate the time and date that works for you, your pet, and me!
