Experienced sitter in Monterey
I’ve taken care of cats and dogs from all walks of life since I was a kid, helping my neighbours while they were away. I love animals so much that I am pursuing a career in wildlife conservation. I have an academic background in animal science and behavior that come in handy as a sitter. I’m experienced with puppies, kittens, and senior animals. Would love to apply my skills and experience to help care for your furry friend. 😊

Sage took great care of our dog Pepper and helped us get to drop-ins! Our pup can be a little shy and difficult but she loved Sage right away.
Sage was great with my girl Maddy. Sage was friendly, engaged, thoughtful, and punctual at our first meeting and Maddy took to her quickly. I would use her again for house sitting without a second thought :)

We were very happy with the care that Sage (and her partner) gave to Lefty. Not only was she a lovely person, but she gave us every confidence that both our pup and our home would be taken care of. When we returned home, Lefty was happy and snoozing and the house looked exactly as we'd left it. Sage was a good communicator as well and sent updates and photos, which we really appreciated. We would definitely recommend Sage and hope to have her back with our boy soon!

Schedule
I’m in grad school and have class from 9 to 5pm Tuesday and Thursdays, but besides that I’m pretty flexible. I am looking for another part-time job, but I will update my availability as soon as possible with any changes.
Where your pet will stay
Safety, trust & environment
I will look after pets and people’s homes with the upmost respect and care. I have babysat and pet-sat before, so I’m familiar with staying in others homes and know that everyone has different preferences.
