Words cannot express how dissatisfied I am. We wanted to book a River because it we thought it was going to be a better situation for our dog with being in a familiar place. Starting with the infrequent visits - we booked for a house sitting which was suppose to turn into 4 daily visits - I was fine with. The visits never totaled 4 and often 2 - with up to 16 hours in between. When I noticed this I was given different excuses each time. Confirmed with our Ring Camera. the amount of “accidents” was astounding as you can imagine being kept indoors for 16 hours at a time. The smell of urine was so strong when we opened our door my wife started crying. I did my best to locate the urine downstairs which is hardwood and took care of it. I moved the kitchen island and was presented with even more urine lurking under it. We got back into VA at midnight - and my 1.5 year old had to go down - her room was so full of urine smell it was clear that this dog was being neglected. I wish I could say this was all… Levi our cattle dog had a large hematoma on his ear and it was folded over. Incredibly painful to touch. I immediately called the Rover emergency hotline and was told they will contact me in 24-48 hours with a case worker. Because of this - I not only have to pay a professional cleaner to come in and remove the filth and smell - but have a Monday appointment to bring my dog to the vet to have his damaged ear looked at. By the way - zero response from our “caretaker”

It’s no exaggeration to say that Brenna is at saint level ?? Took care of my 5 crazy fur kids, and they’ve never had a better vacation (away from us lol)! She has so much love for animals!

She was very nice, but she did not proactively send any updates or pictures. I didn’t ask specifically but I do feel that even if a client doesn’t ask you should at least send an update a day. She did respond pretty quickly when I reached out. My dog was fine and seemed in good spirits when we got back but I don’t really know how everything went or what they did.

Brenna took excellent care of our pets while we were on vacation. we had to meet & greets prior to leaving and she and our pets got along well. On our return everyone was happy and looked good. Although we did not have Wi-Fi on our vacation and cell service was spotty, Brenna did manage to get us updates to let us know how everyone was doing. The house was clean on our return. We would definitely book with Brenna again.

Brenna was wonderful! She was open to doing a meet up prior to babysitting within 2 days of contacting and was very accommodating to a changing schedule the day we left. She took great care of Louie!!

We loved getting pictures and messages about outfit babies! Brennna did a great job for us!
