Very professional and very loving towards our dog snickers. Couldn’t be more happy with the experience

Cindy is a very generous human being. She khows ans feels dogs. Yuki likes her And she is also nice with me, she is helping me with luggage or after a long day of work. What a wonderful person.

I had high hopes for Cindy given the many other positive reviews, but unfortunately, this was a terrible Rover experience and I would NEVER recommend Cindy as a care taker for anyone's pets. There were so many major issues (all can be confirmed through Rover communication). First, during the meet and greet, I explicitly communicated that there are doggie cams in the house for our pet's safety and for my own security as this was my first time working with Cindy. She didn't raise any concern during the meet and greet. However, at the end of the first day, she turned off all security cameras and refused to turn them back on (despite my requests and acknowledging that there were no cameras in private areas such as guest bedroom and bathroom). The worst offense was that despite PRINTED INSTRUCTIONS that made clear my dogs have sensitive stomachs and should never be fed something other than what I provided, Cindy decided to cook new food for my dog and fed it to him, only communicating about this after the fact. She fed him a food he cannot tolerate which resulted in major gut inflammation which we continued to deal with for days after. Additionally, despite clear instructions to have the dogs sleep in their crates at night, Cindy allowed and encouraged our dogs to sleep in the guest bedroom with her which they are absolutely not allowed to do. Cindy also questioned my instructions on how to interrupt rough play between the two dogs, did not interrupt as instructed and also left them unsupervised which led to overly rough play, resulting in blood spots on the guest mattress (where the dogs shouldn't be anyway). It was extremely difficult and frustrating to communicate with Cindy while traveling and our dogs were extremely stressed during her stay. I did not, at any point, feel comfortable with the care she provided. I would strongly caution against working with her.

Cindy was a terrific sitter. The two beagles got along with her beautifully and we were very comfortable leaving them in her care. She’s the best!

Cindy was great! She has sat for us a few times now. Animals are happy, communication is easy, and house is left very clean. Full recommend!

Cindy took care of our puppy Maple was absolutely amazing! Our puppy was definitely super well cared for and loved - 11/10 would recommend 🎊⭐️
