Animal lover- Our Pets are Family
I love all types of animals. My pets are my family and I will treat yours as family as well. I have two dachshunds, three cats, one green cheek conure, one quaker parrot, two parakeets, and a sulcata tortoise. I have experience in all kinds of animals at all ages, including puppies/kittens and senior dogs and cats. I volunteer at Dorchester Paws, fostering kittens and puppies, so I have experience with sick kittens/puppies as well. I am currently doing drop in visits and boarding of small to medium dogs. I would love to meet your fur babies!

Saffron really went out of her way to help us out after we had to adjust our plans due to an unexpected hospital stay. They are hard working, extremely well organized and very good at communication. We had a lot of turmoil in our personal lives during our booking, but at least we knew the dogs were something we didn't have to worry about! It is hard to put into words how much getting a little video of them playing was comforting during a very stressful time. Highly recommended.
We had a great experience boarding our doggie Poncho with Saffron. She sent video updates regularly and was very flexible with meeting our scheduling needs. I would definitely recommend and board again!

Saffron is amazing!! They both took amazing care of our doggies and made sure they got plenty of exercise, love, and attention. It’s also awesome to take your dogs to Saffron because your dogs will get plenty of socialization!
I love his interaction with the dogs. He sent us videos on our pup progress!

Dates de la garde
Pet sitting is my only source of income. I do volunteer work on the side as well. I will no longer be accepting drop ins after 3pm and before 7am. If the times don't work for your dog/ cat, and you would still like to use my care services, then your welcomed to still contact me as long as you have another sitter to cover the night visit. I can also only accept up to 3 visits a day per home. For boarding: My husband (TJ) and I work together to care for your dogs. We have flexible schedules to get home for potty breaks and then we are both home for the majority of the afternoon and evening. We do not accept drop off or pickup after 5:00 p.m. If you want to pick up that night you will have to schedule it for the next morning instead.

Your dogs will never be left alone whether inside or outside during my visit or if boarding. I will always have an eye of them, accompanying them throughout the visit. How much time we spend outside or on walks depends on the weather. I am careful to be sure no one over heats. I also test the heat of concrete/ pavement by the palm of my hand before having any dogs walk on it and carry a sun umbrella so the doggies and I for the especially hot days.

How the visits go is up to you and your pets. If the doggies or kitties are active, I will play with them to help them exert their energy. If they just like to cuddle, I will happily do that with them as well. For boarding: Doggies will get lots of time to cuddle and play. We have a big fenced in yard for them to run around in as well. When we are not at home, and overnight, everyone is crated for their safety.
