I have owned and loved a variety of animals since a young age, ranging from cats and dogs to rodents and fish and always pride myself on providing the best possible care for all animals. I treat everyone’s pets like my own and I am always happy to cater my services to your specific needs. I work from home full time alongside Rover so I am able to be with your pets all day if required! I have hands on experience with puppies, senior animals and nervous and reactive dogs and I am able to read animal body language. I’m currently undergoing training to be a dog trainer/behaviourist. If you need support with toilet training/basic behaviour while I am caring for your pet I am happy to do so. I am also experienced in feeding a balanced raw diet, so please don’t worry if this is something you feed. It doesn’t phase me at all!

I am not currently able to provide boarding in my own home however I am very capable of catering to your specific needs in your own home, keeping them safe from other animals outside, keeping indoor pets safely inside and if dogs are not allowed off lead due to recall/health etc then I won't let them off. Your pets safety and happiness is my priority.
Ratings and reviews
Milo can be nervous of other people but did warn to Saffron! Highly recommend, good communication throughout and responsive to messages. Saffron kept to Milos routines and took note of everything. It was also nice to get pictures and updates which meant we were able to have a relaxing break! 😊
Saffron was absolutely amazing with our 12 week old puppy! She kept us updated throughout the day with regular messages, lots of lovely photos and stuck to his routine which really reassured us as it was one of the first times we’d both left him for a long period of time. Crumpet clearly had the best time with her and absolutely loved having her there. It was obvious he was well looked after, happy, and comfortable. We couldn’t have asked for a better sitter and we’d love to have her back to look after him again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to anyone looking for a caring and reliable sitter. Thank you so so much again!
My only possible bit of criticism is that my puppy seemed to miss saffron when I’d gotten home! Saffron was very communicative, super helpful and very kind and friendly. I’d never used a service like this before meeting saffron so I was very nervous and dubious but thankfully I had nothing to worry about. I will definitely be looking at booking saffron again and would recommend her to anyone
Saffron was brilliant with Colin, super accommodating from the meet and greet and throughout, proactively making sure that the experience went smoothly and that Colin was as comfortable as possible. Would absolutely recommend Saffron, I know Colin and my house would be in safe hands - thank you!
Honestly can’t recommend Saffron enough, she looked after our sometimes reactive GSD in our home and by the end of the stay he was smitten. Shes really knowledgeable and was so patient with Gimli to ensure he felt comfortable with her before the main house sit (he finds having new people in the home difficult) Thank you Saffron! X
Absolutely perfect. I can’t recommend Saffron highly enough. I have 2 large dogs. One of them is very nervous of new people and the other one is blind so can be quite jumpy. Saffron was easy to communicate with and happy to do as many meetings as we needed until we were happy that the dogs were relaxed with her and they very always happy to see her. They are usually left with family but as it was my daughter’s wedding we needed a sitter. She understood how nervous we were about leaving our babies and kept us updated so we could relax and enjoy the wedding.

Schedule
I work from home Monday-Friday, so if your pet needs a bit more attention and someone to stay with them all day, that’s fine by me! As long as I have a good WiFi connection to work from. Ultimately I am also happy to give pets space and leave the house for an hour or two if they need it to avoid any kind of separation anxiety. I usually start work at 9am, so will be able to walk/do breakfast before this time. I then usually have my lunch break around 1pm and finish at 5:30/6 and can do walks at any time after this. I amend my schedule based on your pets normal daily routine to cause the least amount of stress possible!
