Hello, my name is Sadie and I am an animal lover! Especially dogs! I live in Woodland with my husband and our 2 older children (12 & 13). We currently own a 2-year-old female Golden Retriever, she is the quintessential golden, loves to play and is just the sweetest dog. We did have a Dachshund for about 8 years but he passed away last year, dog sitting is part of my way to fill the void that was left in my heart by him ❤️🩹 we do love our doxies and are familiar with their special considerations. I am an RN and am very comfortable with special needs and medications. I also grew up on a farm with all sorts of animals and have cared for them my whole life. We live in a beautiful community with a nice, fenced yard and friendly neighbors.

Sadie made our first daycare experience so easy and comfortable. We will definitely take Ozzy again. Ozzy got to play with Halli, he had a good long walk, and he came home tired and ready to snuggle. Thank you Sadie for taking good care of Ozzy. It was great to see the video and pictures from Ozzy’s day at daycare.
You will not find a more loving dog sitter then Sadie. She is an avid dog lover herself to her beautiful golden girl and an advocate for all things that make our fur babies feel loved and cared for. Sadie has been a fill-in fur mom to many including my own Charlie when I have not been able to be with him. Bringing your dog to Sadie will mean she’ll give all the love and attention to your pet when you can’t be there. Highly recommend her
Sadie has been dog sitting for me for years. First with my mini dachshunds . And then with my now elderly Brittany spaniel. She has had dogs and animals her whole life and loves them all and as a nurse and mother is also an experienced and very good caretaker. I never worry about my dogs when Sadie has them and they love being in her home or going for walks with her. I highly recommend her to if you need a dog sitter or walker.

Schedule
I work part time 2 shifts a week and the days are variable so beyond that I am available any other days, my off days I spend mostly at home or running close errands, taking kids to sports etc and love having a furry companion come with me!

Safety, trust & environment
In our home dogs have freedom to go in and out of the house through a doggy door into the backyard which is fenced. We will spend our days playing, napping, going for walks and probably getting some treats! They will be a part of our family and just hang out with us. My daughter especially might take it upon herself to teach your doggo a few cute tricks! We do let little guys on the furniture. They will be kenneled at night if preferred, otherwise, we would probably let them snuggle in bed with us. We feed twice a day, and they have free water whenever they want.

A typical day
We have a wonderful walking community with safe sidewalks and also two nice big fields they can run off leash. We also have access to a calm swimming spot on the river. I will always make sure any activity is preapproved by you the owner and is safe for your dog.
