(LONG REVIEW) Sade had a great vibe when we first met, however things did not go well. Sade ended service two days into caring for our fur babies while we were about 1,500 miles away. She stated that she had to end service due to our home being unclean for her health and well being. If our home was as unclean as she stated, as in I’m thinking toxic mold is leaking from the walls I could understand, but what she was referring to was some food that we forgot to take out the fridge & things that had fell underneath our couch in the process of packing, and like plastic trash underneath the couch, normal clutter. She also stated our backyard was dirty due to dog waste, which it was, but we asked her not to play with the dogs outside due to us needing to hire our regular waste service for our dog, we could understand why that would make someone uncomfortable which is WHY we asked her to NOT to go outside and just give cuddles and food for our pets inside, they have 24/7 access to a doggy door. If your going on vacation your going to cut expenses somewhere, obviously. The biggest issue was not only was she in our home the day before (which is how we left it & she had no issues while she was there) she did not give us a chance to fix the issue she had, on top of being away and spending money on vacation, we had to hire 6 new dog sitters because everyone had various schedules so different rates for each. We also spent about 500 dollars on a cleaning services to do an expedited clean (which if she gave us the chance to fix it would have been cheaper, but we still would’ve took care of the food of course! Duh it’s understandable and totally on us) On top of that rover was complete shit and we still haven’t received a refund for the 300 dollars I paid for one week! If any of you have young children, you can understand a home will not be spotless ,as well as if you have pets. I wish she gave us time to fix the issue, and I can totally understand the smell of leaving food in the fridge when we were in a hurry but the whole thing was so damn unprofessional and left us spending about 1,500 + dollars on expedited services and new dog sitters. Overall inwould not say, don’t book her, just be weary and make sure your home is 10/10 perfect lol. Overall -5 stars

Wonderful experience from start to finish. Sade is kind, dependable, and took great care of our cats. We felt very at ease leaving our pets in her care and will happily book again!

Sade was so wonderful with our pup. She was probably the most patient I've seen anyone with him (think, full on puppy, lol), made sure he was fed on time, and gave him plenty of attention and exercise. Thank you so much, Sade! We'd love to book with you again;)
