Information Sabrina P. would like to know about your pet
Please let me know if your dog has any special needs, takes medications (days and time, how many times per day, etc), and what a day with you looks like :)
A typical day
We would go for long walks, exploring different paths around our home, so your dog can have the physical and mental stimulation (by sniffing around). At home, we would engage in fun games inside and in the backyard, and take time to recharge.

A PLACE TO CALL HOME
Pet care experience
Hi there! Thanks for stopping by! I am Sabrina and have had dogs since early childhood. I can recall having dogs even before I was 5! My family used to rescue dogs from the streets of my home country, so I have been exposed to small and big dogs. I also have had Dogs from the following breeds: Weimaraner and Japanese Akita. When I moved to Canada, I brought my Akita (Lessie) to live here with me alongside her beagle mixed-breed sister (Mel). They were my last dogs and passed away in 2021 (13 years old) and 2024 (15 years old), respectively. I am now now part of a family of 3 humans (2 adults and 1 toddler), missing the warmth a pet can bring into a home. As I am not ready to commit to a pet’s ownership yet, I decided to open our house and provide the same services I used in the past through Rover. So parents could enjoy a vacation or even a day out. I am a very chill person who likes routine and spends a lot of time at home. As I watched our dogs age, I became experienced in offering medications, dealing with dogs’ anxiety and separation anxiety, and reactiveness (dogs that react to other dogs). I have a big fenced backyard where your pet can have several potty breaks during the day. I would be more than happy to take care of your pet while you are enjoying a vacation. I totally get how stressful is to find a good place for our furry friends to spend time and how parents feel while away. In the past, I also took care of cats during drop-in visits. I only request that dogs be friendly to children and have no history of biting. In case your pet doesn’t understand English, I also speak Portuguese and Spanish. If you think we could be a good fit, send me a message!
Reviews

Amazing! I will be using Sabrina's service again!

Sabrina is a caring and responsive sitter. She listens carefully and her communication is thorough, timely and excellent. My dog loves her and always comes home happy. I recommend her most highly.

Sabrina and her family were very understanding and patient with Leo who needed extra attention after his accident. I loved the updates, and I felt at ease knowing Sabrina was experienced caring for his health with meds and routine. Thanks so much!!!

Thank u! She had a great time!
