Hi there! I’m Sabrina, a student at FIT with a huge love for animals and a flexible schedule that allows me to make plenty of time for your furry family members. I began my journey with animals through four years of volunteer service at my local animal shelter, where I gained hands-on experience in emergencies, grooming, training, and caring for both puppies and senior dogs. For almost three years, I’ve continued working with animals through Rover, and it’s become one of the most rewarding parts of my day. In New York, I also work with Woof Wellness, a dog-friendly wellness studio where I spend time with rescue animals through events. This experience has given me the chance to engage with animals in a different way, helping them socialize and connect with people in a fun, calming environment. Over time, I’ve worked with so many different clients and pets, from playful puppies and senior dogs to cats, bunnies, and even some unique cases with special needs. I’m comfortable administering medications, handling behavioral quirks, and providing individualized care tailored to each pet.

Sabrina was an amazing sitter. She watched our dog and cat for a weekend and gave routine updates with pictures. We came home to happy pets and a clean apt exactly as we left it — would definitely book again!
Sabrina is a wonderful cat sitter! Our cats are extremely timid and usually hide when anyone new comes into the apartment, so I was nervous about whether both of them were actually coming out to eat. She was incredibly thoughtful and patient, and even came up with a plan to video them during feeding time so I could see for myself that both cats were eating once they felt safe. It really put my mind at ease while we were away. We’re so grateful for her care, communication, and understanding of shy cats!

Schedule
Because I’m a student, my schedule can fill up, especially around the holidays, so I recommend booking in advance if you’re planning for those busier times! That said, I’m very flexible and always do my best to accommodate.
