I work full-time as a 4th grade teacher, but since it is summer I am available full time! I love to hang out with my dogs all day long, frequently bringing them along on adventures or finding fun new enrichment activities.

All animals in my care have highly structured environments. Meal and bed times are predictable. Outdoor potty breaks are frequent and unlimited. Crate trained dogs will have a safe and secure room for their crate to be placed. Non crate-trained dogs are welcome, and will have free rein of the house when a human is home. When not home, non-crate trained dogs will be separated and kept safe using gates and pens.

A typical day
I have a fully-enclosed, private backyard so there is no shortage of play time at my house! My dogs love to run in the sprinklers, play fetch and chase each other in the backyard. We also love to take walks to the nearby (2 min walk!) park and green space. Here pups are able to safely run off-leash (with discretion) and interact with other dogs and people!

Pet care experience
I was raised on a 2.5 acre farm in the Midwest, so taking care of animals has long been a passion of mine! I now have two dogs of my own, both fully trained and certified as CGCs (canine good citizens) through the AKC. I provide daily structure and play for all animals in my care, including separated and stress-free meal times, enrichment activities, outdoor play in my fenced and fully secure back yard and more. Both crate and non-crate trained animals are welcome!

Sabrina was a great dog sitter! She sent us frequent photos of our dog, Gus and he seemed to really enjoy his stay. He got along great with the other dogs in the house and enjoyed the backyard. Anytime I need a sitter I know who I will be calling!
