Puppies, kitties and walkies oh my!
I've grown up with, raised and taken care of dogs of all sizes, temperaments and ages (from puppies to senior dogs). Some with disabilities, health issues and even certain behavioral issues. In the past three years I have had my own cats, two of which I raised since they were only a few months old. I've also worked as a professional dog bather! I'm extremely patient and understand every animal has their own personalities and boundaries.

Safety, trust & environment
When I care for other's animals in their home, I give the pet time to acclimate to me presence. I understand that I am entering their space and that might cause them to be extra hesitant. I watch their reaction to my presence, slowly introducing contact or proximity depending on their body language and comfortability. I always abide by the routine and house rules the pet owner lays out, as well as using common sense to not disrespect a home that is not mine. And over all, I adjust to the boundaries of the animal and know that no two will behave or react to things in the same way.

Sabina was amazing! They cared for our three cats and one dog while we were gone. They kept me updated through our whole trip and sent the cutest pictures. It was our first time leaving our babies with someone else so we were nervous, but it was such a relief knowing our babies were in good hands while we were gone! They looked like they had the best time and warmed up to them quickly. I would highly HIGHLY recommend them to watch your furry babies.

Schedule
I have morning classes Monday, Wednesday and Fridays. After that and all other days of the week I am fully available. When caring for an animal, I always prioritize their needs. Going to check on them after school, walking them, feeding them and in general keeping their schedule consistent. After taking care of them and ensuring their needs have been met do I then go home, run errands, etc. I always plan my day around the routine of the animal I am caring for, to ensure no meal, medication or walk is missed. (I do the same with my own cat!)
