I just graduated college, so I have a lot more free time as I’m taking a gap year. As a result, pet care would be no problem! My dog lived with me while I was at school in Dallas and he was fed, walked, taken out, and played with everyday even though I was a full-time college student. I was able to manage anywhere from 1 to 7 dogs while working (in the past) and making sure they were all played with, walked, given love, fed, taken out, and given medication if needed. I send lots of pictures and videos and will always be fully transparent with you. I’m now based in Katy (near Houston)!!

I have a fenced yard that is incredibly spacious and a pretty spacious storage area where all of my dog related items are! I clean up immediately after dogs and keep the space as tidy as possible and good for the pups too!

I would love to know any allergies, what toppings are okay if the dog won’t his/her regular food, if he/she is a flight risk, and any other relevant information for a good experience :)
A typical day
I love to play fetch with the dogs and let them chase me around! Sometimes, I’ll try to get them to do obedience activities (i.e. sitting, shake, etc) to give them some mental stimulation). I’ll play tug of war with them and even just sit with them and figure out their happy itch spot. There is a dog park near my house and it’s great for taking dogs for a walk and letting them play with other dogs. If they aren’t okay with other dogs, there is a lake in front of my house with a great trail for walks !

I’ve been around my own dog (who was a bit difficult), but was able to understand him and take care of him while also seeing so much change in him. I’ve been around puppies to seniors as my roommate also took care of dogs, so they would be around me all the time. Additionally, I’ve always been very good at them as even the most aggressive dogs have always been very gentle and kind with me. I have experience bathing, feeding, walking, and just giving a lot of pets.

My dog Boomer hada a great stay! It was a last minute booking and Saanika was able to accommodate, even with some changes.

Highly recommend Saanika as dog sitter. She is very attentive, caring and friendly. Saanika provided feedback multiple times a day with pictures. We plan to have her as our dog sitter in the future.
