Hi! I’m Ryanne, a neuroscience & pre-med student at American University, currently home for the summer with a fully flexible schedule, meaning your pets get my undivided time and attention! I’ve been pet sitting since high school, so I bring years of hands-on experience caring for dogs, cats, and even koi fish for neighbors and family friends. I currently have two small dogs of my own (a cocker spaniel and a shih tzu mix), so I truly understand how much your fur babies mean to you. I’m known for my calm, nurturing energy, which helps anxious or shy pets feel safe and comfortable quickly. As a future healthcare professional working toward my CCMA license, I approach every pet’s care with the same attention to detail and compassion I bring to my studies. When caring for pets in a client's home, I prioritize safety and maintaining their established routine to minimize stress. I am very detail-oriented with instructions regarding feeding, medication, and home security. I make sure all doors and windows are secure during every visit and provide regular photo updates so you can see your pet is happy and safe. My goal is to treat your home with the utmost respect while giving your pet the same attentive, loving care I would give my own.

Schedule
I am currently home from college and completing a self-paced CCMA course, which allows me a very flexible daily schedule! I typically start my day around 8:00 AM, making me available for early morning feedings and play sessions. Because my studies are online and flexible, I can easily drop by throughout the day or evening to ensure your pet has consistent company and care. Whether you need a standard routine or specific visit times, I can easily integrate your pet’s needs into my daily workflow.
