Working remotely, I have a flexible schedule, and am available to walk, drop in on, or stay with your furry friend(s) while you’re gone, whenever needed. Sometimes I like to go out to a show or dinner with friends, but keep my excursions to <4 hours.

While caring for your pets in your home, I cater the amount of attention I give to each animal to their individual needs. If your high energy dog wants to play every moment they're awake, I’ll give them puzzles and enrichment games to keep their minds busy after they’ve worn me out with walks and ball. I also have experience caring for senior dogs and am comfortable in aiding mobility and encouraging outside or potty time. If you have rescue cats that need patience or want absolutely nothing to do with me, I’ll make sure that they’re fed, watered, litter stays clean, and stay the flip flap paddy whack out of their way. (Though they’ll likely warm up to me by the time I leave) Note: I do not accept drop in visits in place of overnight sits for dogs. If you will be gone overnight, please book a sit ❤️

A typical day
On a typical day, I’ll take your dog(s) on one to three walks, we’ll play enrichment games, and/or whatever other favorite activities your pets have. Bird watching? Cuddling? Hide and seek? Your pet(s) and I will have become good friends by the time you’ve returned :)

Hi there! My name is Ry :) I am a 25 year old audio engineer, community radio show host, and full time pet sitter who loves to laugh. I also absolutely adore animals. So much so, I had to stop eating them! (Vegetarian joke) Having grown up with lots of different pets (dogs, cats, fish, guinea pigs, hamsters), I have experience caring for a variety of pet needs. I also have experience training dogs of family member’s basic commands such as: sit, stay, lie down, play dead, and speak. Some experience clicker training. Open to working with animals learning or unlearning any behaviors. Not comfortable using prong, choke, slip, or e collars. I value positive reinforcement when training. Bonus if your pet enjoys music, I love to sing!

My dog Frank had a great time with Ryana. She gave fun updates with lots of photos of her and Franks adventures plus the house was clean when she left.
Ry was a fantastic dog sitter! She bonded with our dog, Moose, and sent us updates and pictures every day during our trip. She took him on hikes and adventures daily and kept him active and interested. Our house was also well-cared-for and spotless when we returned. The entire experience exceeded our expectations.
Ry was amazing at taking care of my dog and cat for a long overnight sit. They provided detailed care and were very attentive to the behaviors of my pets, plus they sent daily updates. They even won over my very picky cat who doesn’t trust anyone. I arrived home to a clean house and relaxed pets! Thank you, Ry!
Ryana watched our two kitties over the holiday and we are so grateful for the care and attention she gave to both of them. Ryana reached out if any questions came up and responded very quickly.
