You can trust that I'll take care of your pet and your home while you're away and leave the space untouched during pick up and drop off or during sits I make sure the place is cleaner than when I first came.

(Long/short leash, Things to stay away from) - Any medical issues or medications I should be aware of? - Any issues with other animals (other dogs, Cats, Squirrels )? - Any specific scenarios that cause anxiety or resistance? - Which commands you may use often? -Emergency Contacts (2 if possible) -Vet info (Name, #, Address) -Dog Parks ok or not? -Are car rides ok? (I have car seat hammock in back. Can also put your seat in as well.) -Any Food or Water aggressiveness? -What activities do they like most? -How often do you give them treats and for doing what? -Any special instructions for food? -How often to change cat litter? -When is garbage day?(Where is garbage/recycling?) -How long can they be left alone? (Usually only leave for 30 min or so to grab my son from school or drop him off) -Verify times you are leaving and coming back home? (Sometimes clients leave airline # so I can make sure they aren’t delayed and leave the animal too long)
A typical day
Exercising and cognitive engagement are a huge part of dogs who come under my care. I spend time getting to know the dogs and keeping them occupied with toys or chew sticks so they don't get bored in case of house sitting and on walks I love playing fetch, as well as teaching dogs so that we form a bond of trust and love. I can adjust to whatever training the dog is currently or has had so that they continue to strive.

Hello! We are currently accepting new clients. We usually are booked up 5-6 months in advance but we can take on your request if we have open days. My name is Ryan, and I would be sitting your furry friend(s). I have my 13 year old son, Ty, that would be helping me out and be there half the time usually. He has been helping me pet sit for 5+ years now. We have had many animals from lizards, hamsters, dogs and cats to name a few. I do this full time so I don’t have any other obligations and can spend all my time with your furry friends. I’ve taken care of many animals and I use to run a Doggy Daycare through Rover for years. I also have experience with rescue dogs/cats as I’ve had some of my own so I know how to make them feel safe and secure. I also know how to give insulin to your diabetic furry friends and any other medication (injection or not) they may need. I’ve dealt with many senior animals and ones that are in need of special training or continuing any training needs they may have. I can also take care of your home by doing some extra things like cutting the grass, leaves, shovelling snow and of course cleaning of your home. I make sure it’s cleaner than when I arrived. I try to go above and beyond at every home I’m staying at. You get a house sitter, pet sitter and house cleaner all-in-one. I want to make sure that when you come home you have nothing to worry about. I will NOT accept clients with bugs (bedbugs or cockroaches). Especially in apartments. This was the very first time we had someone look after our Samantha and the house. We came home to a very happy and calm dog who appeared to have had a blast with Ryan based on the photos and videos. He even gave her some simple commands which she did so well. She was so well looked after. We even noticed the home cleaner than when we left, including signs Ryan had found the vacuum cleaner and vacummed the house as well as washing all the dishes. I consider him SO AMAZING and will want him to look after Samantha again!! In short, good bye to kennels for life!!!
Our dog was so happy to have Ryan back again. And so were we!
My pups had another excellent time with Ryan. He’s attentive, thoughtful, and cares for both the pups and my house. He goes above and beyond!
Ryan and Ty took such good care of our cats. There were daily updates of how they’re doing and he kept to their routine. They left the house absolutely spotless!! 10/10
