I’d actually leave zero stars if I could. Do not trust this person with your pets. This review is backed by veterinarian visits pre and post boarding. Starting from the end, we entrusted our two babies with Ryan - one of our cats was returned with a cut to the ear, the cats returned with bowls that aren’t theirs (not the ones they were sent with), he had a house full of other pets - dogs and cats despite supposed to have been watching only our cats. Our cats were confined to a small dark bedroom. Somehow the wet food ran out despite us providing more than the count of meals required (picking up early) - given the other animals in the house this is concerning.
Ryan is such a sweetheart. He took wonderful care of my Coco, and I’m truly grateful to him. Also, he send me Coco's picture regularly. The most interesting part is that I don’t know what magic he did, but my usually very quiet cat started “talking” and responding to our questions with proper meows! I would definitely let Coco stay at his home again whenever needed.
