I am an engineer doing mostly software work so during the week I usually work from home. As a result I am able to take your pet to walks and hang out with them throughout the day at home. At night, I usually sleep with them in my bedroom to make sure that they feel safe.

I take your pets to regular walks as needed and I make sure that they get the exercise they need. I like running on a regular basis and I am happy to take your pet with me if that’s something they like. I often go on hikes and trips around town where I can bring them. I avoid leaving them alone at home for more than a couple of hours unless that’s something I have discussed with you first.

Typically I wake up around 6:30am and take the dogs for a walk or run. I return and feed them and make sure they are having an active day. Around noon I will take them for another walk and usually give them a small treat. In late afternoon or early evenings, I will take them for a longer walk or hike or hang out around the dog park. I will make sure they eat after coming home and shower them if there is need. I will turn off the lights around 9:30pm.

My girlfriend and I love animals, but since we travel often to see each other (she currently lives out of state), we can’t have pets of our own. Instead, we find joy in lovingly caring for and pet sitting others’ pets! I have experience with caring for pets throughout my life (dogs, cats, birds, lizards, ferrets, rabbits). For the past few years, I have been taking care of both younger and older dogs and cats and I am comfortable with various schedules, nutrition and medication needs. Ryan and Theoni are the absolute best. My older anxious dog is so well taken care of. She is afraid of anything new and she really wags her tail as soon as they see her in the morning. They are 100% reliable, responsive and so easy to communicate with.
