I have several years of experience caring for middle-aged and older dogs with a variety of personalities. I cared for a Golden Poodle and a Pomeranian-Shih Tzu mix for several years, especially in their senior years. I’ve developed a strong understanding of the patience, attention, and care that older dogs can require. I have also regularly helped friends care for their dogs, giving me experience with different breeds, routines, and temperaments.

I provide attentive, loving care based on each pet’s individual needs and routine, including mobility issues. I’m comfortable following feeding, walking, medication, and other care instructions to help pets feel comfortable and maintain their normal schedule. If you have a hyper-active pet that needs to run a lot, I can take them on one of my daily runs to calm them down for you too!
Ratings and reviews
Ryan is dependable, trustworthy and loves pets. As an Eagle Scout he has demonstrated leadership and many accomplishments that translate well to pet caregiver tasks. He loves playing with pets and making sure their needs are met. He has experience with elder dog needs and gives feedback on pet activities.

Schedule
Living on campus at UW-Madison means that I don’t have any pets to care for right now (until yours!). I have time on every day of the week to give my unused love to your best friend.
