He took amazing care of my dog while I was away. My dog loved it there and even tried to walk back into the house when we were leaving.

Very good sitter. My dogs were very comfortable and safe with Ryan and his family. They were willing to accommodate my 2 large and spoiled dogs. Gave us updates on a daily basis.

Amazing dog sitter! From the start, Ryan is kind, responsive, and great with our dog. It was obvious our dog felt comfortable and loved while we were away. The frequent updates and photos were such a bonus. We came home to a happy dog, couldn’t ask for more!

I normally don’t leave reviews, but I feel like this situation needs to be shared. At first, this couple seemed like great sitters. I was actually relieved and felt confident leaving my dog with them for the first time. The first day went well, and I was hopeful. But by the second day, things took a turn. I began reaching out for updates, just to check in, and I was getting no response. I sent multiple messages before finally getting a reply. I was out of town, panicked, and just desperate to know my dog was okay. Eventually, the sitter responded and told me—very rudely—that they were at the hospital and I needed to come get my dog. I completely understand emergencies happen, but I should have been notified immediately. I could have arranged for someone to pick him up right away. Instead, they left my dog alone, and I have no idea for how long. When my cousin arrived to get him, my dog was by himself in their home. He looked scared, shaken, and very sad. I’m honestly heartbroken. If I hadn’t blown up their phones, who knows how many more days he would’ve been left there like that. It’s been three days since I brought him home, and he’s still not himself. This was my first time leaving him, and now I’m left feeling angry, disappointed, and guilty. I won’t be using this app again. I just wish my dog could tell me what really happened 🥺

Ryan had awesome communication and care during my dog’s stay. He would respond to messages promptly, and sent updates without me having to ask. My dog gets nervous and tends to not eat at first when in new places. Ryan was very accommodating and patient with my pup and made sure he ate during his stay. I would definitely book with Ryan again.

Very responsive, very trustworthy pet sitter. Will absolutely recommend anyone to go to Ryan and his family as they took really good care of my fur baby whom I never left with anyone before.
