Cozy Home away from Home 4UR Pups!
Hi! I'm Ryan! My dog/roomie Fritz & I look forward to hosting your pup while you're away! About me: I'm a college professor who teaches partially online, so I work from home most of the time. I love pets, and I've owned dogs all my life. As an adult, I've owned everything from a 5 lb Yorkie to a 90 lb Pit Bull, and I've loved them all. Currently, my best buddy is Fritz, 9 yr. old, 17lb. Shih-Tzu/Terrier mix. He's a bit shy and keeps to himself, but he's well-behaved and likes just about everyone. We love to have visitors, and I promise that we'll take great care of your dogs while you're away. I live in a spacious 1-BR apartment in South Austin; my complex has lots of areas for dogs to walk and play, including 2 large fenced-in dog parks. While your dog is staying with me, we'll go out for walks and potty breaks every 2-4 hours, and if I leave, they'll never be unattended for longer than 2-4 hours. We'll have plenty of time to play and explore -- and snuggle too :) If you'd like pictures or videos of your pup while you're away, just let me know and I'll send you regular updates! A typical day
My apartment complex has 2 large, fenced in dog parks, so your pup & I can go play fetch, run with other dogs, or just sniff around in the grass. If your dog isn't the social type, we'll take walks on the great nature paths! And of course, we can play tug of war in the apartment, or just cuddle and get belly rubs on the sofa. If your dog has special play or exercise needs, I'm happy to accommodate!
