Availability
I have a flexible schedule throughout the summer, including work-from-home days on Mondays and Fridays, which allows me to accommodate walks and pet care at a variety of times during the day. My hours are generally very flexible, so I'm happy to work around your pet's routine and needs. From August through December, my schedule becomes a more traditional 9–5, but I'm still available for mornings, evenings, and most weekends.

I like to know about any specific needs, routines, or behaviors ahead of time so I can provide the best care possible. Things like feeding schedules, favorite activities, medications, leash habits, triggers around other animals or people, and anything that helps your pet feel comfortable are always helpful. The more I know about your pet, the better I can make their experience safe, enjoyable, and stress-free.
A typical day
A typical visit starts with making sure your pet is comfortable and getting some energy out with a walk, outdoor time, or play based on their needs and personality. I enjoy spending time with animals, so I make sure they get plenty of attention, affection, and engagement rather than just rushing through a visit. Whether it's exploring the neighborhood, playing fetch, enjoying some belly rubs, or simply keeping them company, my goal is to make sure your pet is happy, active, and well cared for while you're away.

As someone who moved away from home, I really miss spending time with my family's dogs. That's one of the reasons I enjoy dog walking so much. I love getting outside, staying active, and giving dogs the attention, exercise, and care they deserve. I'm dependable, active, and committed to following your dog's routine so they feel comfortable, safe, and happy on every walk.

Ryan has been the primary caretaker of our family dog and has also cared for dogs belonging to extended family members. He is a true animal lover and has a natural ability to adapt to each dog’s unique personality. He has also volunteered at animal shelters in his free time. Ryan is responsible, dependable, and dedicated, and I believe he would make an excellent dog walker.
