Thank you Ryan for looking after our cat again for us. Ryan was fabulous through the heatwave - making the necessary adjustments so cat stayed safe and well.
Ryan is a a real cat person, who has six cats himself. He understands them and their needs exceptionally well. Ryan was fabulous with our cat. He went out of his way to ensure our cat was happy. He took plenty of high quality photos and bought our cat a few toys too. Ryan’s attention to detail, communication and willingness to listen was amazing throughout the whole process. Nothing was too much of a problem/bother for Ryan. Highly professional and determined to do the right thing for everyone; cat(s) and owner(s). We would highly recommend Ryan, have already rebooked with further dates in the pipeline too.
Ryan came beforehand to meet both of us and our dog which was really appreciated and gave us peace of mind. However, on the day of the booking he arrived late. This made me worry that we would have to either cancel our plans for the day or I would have to stay behind. Ryan was very apologetic which I took to be very genuine and this eased our concerns. Ryan's communication was good throughout the day, he kept us updated and made sure our dog was well taken care of. We managed to enjoy our day and we arrived on time for our event. I would recommend Ryan even though the day didn't get of to the best start I do think it was a genuine mistake of not setting his alarm correctly.
Our first time using a pet sitter to stay in the house to look after our cat. Ryan is really polite and caring and provided updates on our cat. He is really communicative, and obviously loves cats (and all animals). We would happily rebook in the future.
Our first time using a pet sitter for our two cats and we couldn't be happier with the service Ryan provided. He answered all our questions, put us at ease with the process and more importantly, put our cats at ease! Will definitely be booking again.

Schedule
I work full time Monday to Friday between the hours of 8-4 or 9-5 and have at least 1 full day working from home (usually a Wednesday). So evenings and weekends and good for me.
Prices include all fees.
