We started this because we’re both huge animal lovers and wanted to provide a reliable, friendly service for our local community here in Stockport. Ryan is such a lovely young man, you can tell he loves dogs and is kind and caring. My little pug Barney is in love with him. He gets so excited when Ryan picks him up for his walk. He comes back happy and tired. Reliablity is important to me as I am out quite a lot and I am always confident that Ryan will turn when he is supposed to and do a good job. I have arranged for Ryan to come and look after Barney in my home for three weeks when I’m on holiday. I wouldn’t ask anyone else because I know Barney will be safe and loved while I’m away. We honestly couldn’t recommend Tails N Trails highly enough! From the very first interaction with Ryan, everything felt professional, organised, and genuinely caring - which, as a dog owner, is exactly what you hope for but don’t always get. What stood out most was the level of attention and understanding Ryan showed towards our dog Poppy. You could feel straight away that she was being looked after by someone who truly loves animals, and I think it is safe to say she certainly loved him! We received regular updates and photos about how things were going, which gave me complete peace of mind while we was away. When we came back, Poppy was calm, happy, and clearly well looked after. If you’re even slightly unsure about who to trust with your dog, I’d strongly recommend giving Tails N Trails a try. It’s rare to find someone who combines professionalism with genuine care like this. I’ll definitely be using them again.
Chloe and Ryan were absolutely amazing while looking after my dog and bunny. They kept me updated with messages and photos, which really put my mind at ease and let me enjoy my time away knowing my pets were in safe hands. They were professional, reliable and clearly genuine animal lovers. It’s not always easy finding people you fully trust with your pets, but Chloe and Ryan went above and beyond. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for caring, responsible pet sitters. Thank you both again. We are so grateful ❤️
