Ryan & Esmeralda’s Pup Retreat
We’ve both been around dogs our entire lives and have experience caring for a variety of breeds, sizes, and personalities. Ryan grew up with a Husky and a Border Collie, giving him hands-on experience with energetic, intelligent dogs that require plenty of exercise, training, and attention. Over the years, he’s also spent time around many other breeds and is comfortable caring for dogs of all sizes. Esmeralda has also grown up with dogs and currently cares for her 8-year-old Chow Chow, giving her ongoing experience with daily routines, grooming, exercise, and understanding a dog’s individual needs. We also leave our Chow Chow with sitters when we’re away, so we understand the process from a dog owner’s perspective and know how important it is to feel confident that your pet is in good hands. Together, we’re confident caring for dogs with different personalities and energy levels. We know how important it is to keep your dog happy, safe, and comfortable while you’re away, and we’ll treat them with the same lovec and care we’d give our own pets.

Ryan took great care of our two dogs, Eddie and Willow. His love for dogs is clear, treats them like his own. Eddie and willow love cuddles and he gave them in abundance. They received plenty of walks with regular feedback/phots/videos.

Schedule
Pets fit naturally into our daily routine, and someone is always home to give them the attention and care they deserve. Ryan is self-employed, which gives him the flexibility to work around the dogs’ needs, whether that’s walks, playtime, feeding, or sticking to their usual routine. Esmeralda is a stay-at-home parent to our 6-year-old, so apart from the school run during the week and football activities at weekends, she’s at home throughout the day. This means your dog will rarely be left alone and will enjoy plenty of companionship, exercise, toilet breaks, and affection. We understand how important it is for dogs to feel settled and cared for, so we’ll make sure they receive lots of love and attention while they’re with us.

Safety, Trust & Environment Your dog’s safety and comfort are our top priorities. We provide a calm, secure, and loving home where pets are treated like part of the family. We have a secure, fenced garden in a quiet estate with only six houses, giving a safe and peaceful environment for dogs to relax and play. We’re also very lucky to have a park just 10 seconds away, which makes daily walks and exercise easy, fun, and consistent. We also have our own dog, Dita, our friendly 8-year-old Chow Chow, who is calm, well-behaved, and used to having other dogs around. This helps create a relaxed and social home environment for visiting dogs. Our home is a safe, family-friendly environment where dogs are supervised throughout the day. We always take care to follow each dog’s individual routine and any instructions you provide, including feeding, walking, medication, and comfort needs. We believe trust is built through communication, so we’re always happy to send updates, photos, and messages so you can see how your dog is getting on while you’re away. With Ryan’s flexible self-employed schedule and Esmeralda being home for most of the day, your dog will have consistent supervision, companionship, and care in a relaxed home environment.
