I am a vet tech and certified animal services officer. I majored in Animal Science in college and have worked with animals in a variety of settings like pet daycares and resorts, animal hospitals, animal shelters, pet groomeries, boarding facilities and more. I am looking to meet more fur babies on my time off work! I have experience with different temperaments of pets, including reactive and antisocial pets. I love animals of all ages and have a special soft spot for senior pets. I enjoy working on special skills like positive reinforcement training and physical therapy for injured and recovering pets. But most importantly, despite my credentials, I embody the traits that can’t be taught in a school or workplace; passion, kindness, patience and a true love for animals of all kinds!

As both a former vet tech and animal services officer, she brings a rare combination of hands-on medical knowledge and deep compassion. She knows exactly how to administer medicine correctly, and often notices subtle issues ― an injured paw, changes in appetite or behavior, even signs of discomfort that most people would miss. Pets feel immediately comfortable with her and I always feel confident knowing they’re in capable, caring hands. She cares so deeply and goes above and beyond -throwing birthday pets a party, making homemade dog treats, hand-making special toys, sending pic collages, and giving the most love and attention she possibly can. If you want someone who treats your animals like family and doesn’t just ‘watch’ them but truly cares for their well-being, Ryan is the one to choose!

Schedule
I currently have open availability on weekdays, weekends, and holidays. Pet-care isn’t something that “fits in” my daily routine, it is the highlight of my day every day! I recently cut down my hours at work to start my own petcare business but filling my free time with meeting more furry friends is what brings me pure joy!

A change of environment and new people can sometimes be scary to pets especially pets who struggle with anxiety or don’t do well in multi-pet environments. It is easier for some pets to stay in their own home while getting to know someone new as opposed to a sudden change of people and environment at once. I always to a thorough consultation free of charge to meet your pet while you are present to learn their routine so that when I come to care for your pets in their home they aren’t startled by an unfamiliar face. Each pet is different so I customize the care I provide to fit the individual needs of you and your fur babies!

I love to help stimulate both your pet’s mind both physically and mentally! I provide all kinds of toys, puzzles, treat, and enrichment activities to keep your pet excited and engaged.
