A change of environment is a huge stress for both dogs and cats. For example, when you leave your dog with me, it whines and tries to come back to you. It stands at the door and sadly looks out the window as you leave. At first, cats are often afraid of new places and may hide and hiss. Bring their favorite toys and food with you, this will make it easier for them to cope with being separated from you. I promise to take care of them and surround them with attention and love while you are not around.

I adapt to the character of each animal, because they are all different. If the animal is active, I will be the same. If the animal wants to rest more, I will just be next to it.

Hello, dear pet owner 🤍 I volunteer at the SPCA in Roseville, where I help cats socialize and feel more comfortable around people. I also spent more than 15 years volunteering at an animal shelter in Russia. I truly understand cats and know how to gently connect with each one, respecting their unique personality. Please don’t worry that I have two children — my daughter is 11 and my son is 7. They have grown up around animals since birth and know how to treat them with care and kindness. As a family, we deeply respect every pet’s individuality and always surround them with love and understanding. In my home, your pet will feel calm, safe, and loved. I care for only one pet at a time, so I can give them my full attention and help them gently adjust to a new environment. If you have pets from the same family, I’m happy to welcome them together so they can stay close to each other. For cats, I provide a clean litter box, carefully washed and disinfected after each stay. I also use fresh disposable bowls for food and water. I am almost always at home, so your pet will never be left alone — they will be under constant care, supervision, and gentle attention. I will treat your pet as if they were my own — with warmth, patience, and love 🐾

We had to leave our little guy with Ruzilia twice in one month, but she was super accommodating as always!! We can always rest easy knowing our cat is in great hands with her ❤️
Ruzilia cares for our two cats regularly. They are familiar with her family and they appear at ease in her family's care. I will not change this care plan because her kindness to animals and her communication are superb! She is authentic and hardworking. Thanks to her, our cats have not suffered when we are away. Thank you for your excellence Ruzilia; we appreciate your attention and love for our cats.
My two anxious cats had a great time at Ruzilia’s house. I was surprised to see how fast both cats settled in! Ruzilia was super communicative and sent us lots of photos to put us at ease while our fur babies were away. It was such a great experience we already have our next booking with her scheduled!
Another stress free vacation knowing our little guy was in great hands with Ruzilia!!
