Dog mum and adventurer
Dog mum to Rufus, the super friendly and outgoing small saluki cross. Rufus is playful and friendly, but also loves to curl up in a ball and relax. We are an adventurous pair who love long walks around the nearby fields, parks, woodlands, and occasionally mountains. We would love to have your pup join us - whether for just a walk, whole day or overnight. Walking services can be provided one to one or as part of a group (with Rufus and potentially other clients), depending on your dog’s needs. Dogs will be kept on lead unless consent is provided for off-lead activities. I can drive to pick up your dog, or you are welcome to drop them off at my place. I live in a flat, however, have a fenced garden where the dogs can play (supervised). All bookings will require a consultation to discuss your dog’s requirements, temperament, and food schedule (if required).

Ruth is a lovely person and I would absolutely recommend her. She is so caring and loving towards all animals. She makes sure any pet in her care is treated with the love and respect they deserve. Great value for a fabulous service.
I can’t recommend Ruth enough as someone you can truly trust with your dog. She has always had a natural love for animals, especially dogs, and it shows in the way she cares for them. Ruth treats her own dog like royalty, attentive, patient, and incredibly nurturing. Any dog in her care would be looked after with the same level of love and attention. You can feel completely confident leaving your pet with her I assure you :)
Ruth is incredible when it comes to pet care. She’s reliable, attentive, and clearly has a natural love for animals that shows in everything she does. Murphy loves spending time with her and I always feel at ease knowing he is in her care, as she goes above and beyond to keep him happy and comfortable. Schedule
I currently work as a freelance wedding singer on weekends. During the week, I have plenty of free time to look after your dog(s) - whether for a walk, whole day session or overnight.

Safety, trust & environment
For walking and daycare sessions, I can pick up your dog or you can drop them off to me. Walking services can be adapted to suit your dog’s needs - whether that means a one-to-one session or as part of a group (with my own dog as well as other potential clients). Dogs will be kept on lead unless owner provides consent for off-lead activities. My dog, Rufus, will be around for daycare and overnight stays. Overnight stays can take place at my home or yours, as long as you are happy with Rufus joining. My flat has a fenced garden where the dogs can play (supervised), and we also live next to several great walking spots - parks, fields, hills.
Pets
A typical day
I currently walk my dog three times per day. We usually go to the local park (on lead) or to the field for off lead activities. We sometimes drive further afield to walk around scenic lochs or woodland (this might happen on whole day sessions or overnight stays, providing owner gives consent).
