Compassionate Dog and Cat care
I have been a pet owner for many years and have experience of three breeds in particular- Doberman, border collie cross Labrador and Basset Hound whom I have loved as family members. We only have our basset hound now and she is very friendly. However we have a male cat who is pleasant to visitors as long as they are pleasant to him. it’s very important that any visiting pet is accommodating to our feline friend.

Great stay as always. Max is very happy here; he runs up to the front door wagging his tail. Ruth really looks after him. Lots of photos of his walks too.

Max looked to have a great time with Ruth. I had lots of photos from his walks while we were away and he was relaxed and happy when we picked him up. Ruth was very reliable and organised with the arrangements. I would definitely board Max with her again.
Max remembered the house on his second stay and was keen to get in and greet everyone, so I feel confident he had a good time last time! Once again the arrangements were clear and Ruth sent me updates during the day.
Max was really chilled when we got home. I felt he'd been well looked after - lots of pics from walks, and lots of affection. All the arrangements were clear and everything went to plan.
Deacon has been going to Ruth for around 2 years for two days a week. Deacon barks with excitement when we drive up to her house and runs from the car to her gate. He has such a great time there. Ruth and her family always make a fuss of him. He has stayed over a few times and I can tell that his care is a priority with them. Totally reliable I would highly recommend Ruth as your dog sitter/boarder.

Harmonogram
I work part time but I am based at home. I have time to walk your dog at lunchtime or before work if it’s an early drop off and we have a fenced garden for extra time outside, if needed. Your dog is welcome to lounge in the living room with me whilst I work And chill out with our basset and cat (when he’s giving us the pleasure of his company!)

We go on daily walks around our lovely village or sometimes - when time allows - we go a little further and walk around Croxdale Hall or Burn Hall Woods.
