Hi I'm Ruth and I love cats! I have been cat sitting with ‘cat in a flat’ since 2016 and It’s been so incredibly rewarding. I’ve met so many wonderful owners and their amazing cats. I Have worked as a Cattery assistant in a boarding cattery in the past, so I'm used to all aspects of cat care. I’ve also passed a cat first aid course. You can relax in the knowledge that your cat or cats will be well cared for by me and get all the attention they need. I also work as a dog walker and I paint pet portraits. I have loved cats since I can remember. I grew up on a farm and was surrounded by house cats as well as farm cats. So naturally as soon as I had a home of my own the first priority was to get a couple of cats! Many years later (and many cats later) I currently find myself a slave to 3 cats, Momo our lovely big tabby and white boy, his little sister, Zuzu, a blue point Siamese and our newest family member is Romeo, a black and white kitten. I have decided I need even more cats in my life, lots and lots more and cat sitting/feeding seems the perfect solution. One of my cats was diabetic, so I have experience of injecting insulin with him and other cats in my care. I am also able to give tablets and other medication as required.
