Recently retired professional. I’ve provided a warm & loving home my entire life for our many pets - lap dogs and hunting dogs alike. When you are away, you don’t want to worry about your fur babies. I know all too well the pain of losing a pet in the hands of an inexperienced or irresponsible care taker. I’m dependable, caring and trust worthy. I offer peace of mind for you and in return a few extra bucks for me to supplement retirement. Safe/Secure pet care and house sitting.

Although typically we will not board at our home, on occasion we’ll make exceptions depending on the breed and temperament. We have two Shih Tzu’s that are extremely playful and nice with other pets. In your home, I will take care of your pets as you would.

My Dad, Russ, is as diligent and loving a pet owner as I can imagine. Ever since I was little, we’ve always had at least two dogs and without fail my dad was always their favorite. From his days taking our high energy English-pointer, Grace, on long hunting trips to his nights spent relaxing on the couch with our Shih-tzu, Chewy, it’s hard to picture my dad without a dog by his side throughout my life. My dad has been an attentive and responsive friend to the dogs we’ve had, and they’ve always adored him for it; I know yours will too!
It’s hard to find words on how much I would recommend Russ to take care of your house and pets. He leaves everything better than he found it and is extremely responsible and loving towards animals. If I would be a dog in my next life, I’d choose to be Russ’s dog! My pup loved the toys he brought her, you can tell Russ has a heart for animals and will take care of them greatly. 100% recommend.

Schedule
My schedule is flexible; especially with advance notice. Whether it’s walks and potty breaks or overnight sitting I can usually accommodate any schedule, including the holidays.
