A typical day
I love to hang out with your pets in any way I can! Always let me know if you have specific activities they love, and I will be more than happy to do that! For dogs, I would love to run and walk with them or take them to the dog park near the Dewitt cabin trail, which is also one of my favorite running spots! For cats, I always get a feel of their attitude before play time, but most cats warm up quickly to me and we have a great time playing toys together!

Hi! My name is Rachel and I am a graduate student at Miami University. I am a big animal lover and have many years of experience taking care of cats, dogs, and even kids! I am in a mental health field so I know what it means to be responsible and take good care of others. I am also a runner so don’t you worry about your dog’s exercise schedule!

Rachel is definitely an animal lover who is respectful and willing to care for your furry friends when you are away. Rachel has provided reliable care to my cat when I am out of town, and she has been flexible about my requests. Of note, my cat needs medication added into her food daily and Rachel has had no issue accommodating this request. She is respectful of my home while caring for my kitty. She doesn't only feed her when she comes, but rather she always is sure to provide some attention in whatever form my cat allows for that day (i.e., petting, playing, admiring). I know my kitty is always in good hands when Rachel is taking care of her!
