Hi Rover Team, I've known Robin for about three years, and she's one of the most caring and responsible pet owners I know. I've seen how much time and attention she puts into caring for her own cat, from feeding and grooming to dental care, playtime, and simply making sure he's happy and comfortable. Robin has lived in different cities over the years, and wherever life has taken her, her cat has always been right there with her. You can really tell how attached he is to her and how much she loves him. They're truly family to each other. Robin also helped take care of our friend's Shiba Inu, Aki, for a few months while our friend was back in China. Aki can be sensitive and shy around new people, but he warmed up to Robin very quickly. She was really patient with him and never pushed him to interact before he was ready. She paid attention to what made him comfortable and happy, and when she realized how much he loved walks and running on the grass, she made sure he got plenty of time outside. Sometimes they would even run together, and you could really tell how happy Aki was around her. Robin genuinely loves animals and treats them with patience, kindness, and respect. She pays attention to their individual personalities and gives them the care and space they need. I worked with Ruiying in Beijing for several years, and as a close friend, she often helped take care of my cat whenever I was away on business trips. Feeding, cleaning the litter box, and playing with my cat were all very easy for her, especially since she has been a cat owner herself for many years. Whenever she looked after my cat, she would also regularly send me photos and videos to let me know how my cat was doing. She understood that I missed my cat a lot while I was away, and those little updates always made me feel much more reassured. There was also a period when my cat had a Malassezia infection in her ears and needed daily care. This involved cleaning her ears, applying medication, putting on an Elizabethan collar for about half an hour, and then carefully cleaning and drying her ears afterward. Ruiying was able to follow all of my instructions and handle these more complicated care routines patiently and carefully.
