Rui was amazing with my dog Bella! He took the booking super last minute and was so patient with her, even though she can be a bit of a handful. He kept me updated the whole time, which really put me at ease, and Bella had such a great time with him. Couldn’t have asked for better care – thank you so much Rui!

I know every pet is different so I’m patient and take the time to help them feel at home.
