This is Elio’s third stay with ruhee and her husband. I think it’s self explanatory as to how amazing and dedicated they are and the level of care they provided for my Elio. Always happy to book with ruhee as she always makes sure to give constant daily updates/photos/videos and reassurance whilst we are away. Such lovely people!! i felt extremely comfortable with this lady from the start. her communication was brilliant, she took so much care of my little kitten. i will be using this lady again 100%…i was sent videos and messages everyday on how he was doing. very friendly & my kitten misses her & her cat bless him. I just picked up my cat, Yağmur, from Ruhee after she looked after him for two weeks and I couldn’t be happier! Every single day during my trip, she sent me pictures and videos of Yağmur, which made me feel so comfortable and at ease. When I picked him up, he was in even better condition than when I dropped him off, clearly happy, healthy, and well cared for. Ruhee is truly wonderful. If I could, I would give her 10 stars! Schedule
My husband and I both take care of pets. When one of us goes out for work, the other stays home to look after them. If we need to go to the market, pets are left alone for only 2-3 hours at most.
