I am a 20-year-old animal lover currently attending Penn State and looking to build a base of regular pet-sitting clients! I have over 6 years of pet-sitting experience caring for dogs, cats, horses, and chickens. My passion for animals started at a young age, and beginning at 13, I regularly walked dogs for several neighbors. Through pet sitting, I have gained experience with animals of all sizes and personalities, from energetic puppies to horses and farm animals. I am dedicated to providing reliable, attentive care and making sure every pet feels safe, comfortable, and loved while their owners are away. I would love to become a trusted, familiar sitter for local families and their pets! 🐾

I also have a friendly bulldog who loves meeting new people and dogs. If your dog enjoys socializing and you’re comfortable with it, I can bring her along for company during visits. Of course, your pet’s comfort and preferences always come first, and I will only do this with your permission.

Ruby is very responsible and trustworthy and a very hard worker. She has worked for us 4 years as a barista along with tending to horses and animals as another job. She loves animals and will always have them as a part of her life
Ruby has taken wonderful care of our menagerie of dogs, cats, ponies and chickens on several occasions, and we plan to continue using her services. I have come home to a clean home and barn every time she stays overnight. And the animals adore her! Ruby always finds a way to do just a little extra. Just remember, we have first dibs ;).
Ruby is reliable and so good with animals. My dog can be high energy, but Ruby is always calm around her. You can tell she enjoys being around animals. She sends me such cute photos of my dog when I’m away and ask and I know my dog is in good, loving hands with her!
We had a wonderful experience with Ruby! Our dachshund can be pretty anxious, but she handled him with so much patience, kindness, and understanding. She made sure he got plenty of walks, playtime, and attention, and it was clear she genuinely cared about making him feel comfortable and safe. We came home to a happy, well-cared-for pup, which gave us so much peace of mind while we were away. I would absolutely book with Ruby again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a caring, reliable, and attentive dog sitter!

Schedule
As a Penn State World Campus student living on campus, I have a very flexible schedule and am available for pet care throughout the week. I also have my own car, making it easy for me to travel to nearby homes for walks, drop-in visits, or overnight care. My flexible class schedule allows me to work around each pet’s individual needs, whether that means morning visits, midday check-ins, evening care, or regular walks. I am reliable, responsible, and happy to work with pet owners to create a schedule that works best for them and their pets! 🐾

- For everyone’s safety and comfort, it’s important that I know ahead of time if your dog is reactive, nervous, or uncomfortable around other dogs, people, or certain situations. I am happy to work with dogs of different personalities, but clear communication from owners is always appreciated.
