Reliable, WFH Pet Sitter/Walker
I moved to Brentwood 2 years ago with my partner from my family home, where I have cared for my family dog for over 18 years and continue to do on a regular basis. I now also have two 3 year old dogs of my own, pugs Nellie and Nala! I have cared for a variety of dogs via Rover since January 2024, and also for friends and family’s dogs over the years, of all sizes and ages. I work from home 3/5 days of the working week, with a fair amount of flexibility in my schedule. Because of all of this, I am able to care for your fur babies when I am home in the week. I am available for dog walks or drop-ins for your pets throughout the day in the week or on Saturdays if you’re in or around the Brentwood area. I drive and I am happy to have your pets in the car strapped in with a bed or blanket (or a cage if this is your preference and what they are used to) if required. For walks, my preference is to remain on a long lead regardless of if they have a good recall or not. If you would require me to visit your home to care for your dog, it would be great to visit, or have a video call, beforehand so I can familiarise myself with the space and where everything is to care for your pet.

This was our first time leaving our rescue dog Skye while we went on holiday so we were initially a bit nervous, but Ruby was absolutely amazing and made us feel totally at ease with her daily updates and loads of photos!! It was clear to see how happy and relaxed Skye was so we could enjoy our trip knowing she was in great hands. Would definitely recommend Ruby to anyone looking for a caring and reliable sitter. Ruby was so helpful, communication was great from start to finish. Rollo instantly settled with Ruby and was made to feel right at home. We got some lovely updates and pictures throughout the day and we will certainly use Ruby in the future!

Mabel absolutely loves staying with Ruby, this is her fourth visit and she is always happy and excited to see her. We know she in content and comfortable in Ruby's home from the daily updates we receive. Will definitely be booking again.

Schedule
I work from home Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays and I can be available on weekends with a relatively flexible schedule throughout all of these days.
