I have grown up and cared for dogs for the past 15 years. I helped care for my dogs when they were puppies, and now have experience caring for them in old age. I am familiar with medication administration, and other special needs that senior dogs may have. I have also volunteered at my local animal shelter for three years, where I interact with skittish and reactive dogs.

Ruby did a great job with our dogs! Our dogs are reactive (lots of barking) to other dogs and to people, especially when people come to our home. She was not intimidated by their barking when I opened the door, she was calm and sweet with them and they warmed up with her after just a couple of minutes. We could tell right away that she has experience with dogs and genuinely loves them. Ruby was flexible with the times we needed her to be with our dogs before and after her full time job and she followed all our instructions. We were at ease during our vacation knowing our dogs were in good loving hands. When we got home our dogs looked happy and well taken care of. Ruby will definitely be our very first choice for future bookings!
Ruby is a great pet sitter. She's caring, enthusiastic and can really anticipating a pet's needs. She's cared for dogs and chickens her whole life so she is used to all kinds of pets. She loves cats and has one of her own. Another great aspect of Ruby's pet care is she loves to take dogs for runs, walks and pup-cups. She is a regular volunteer at the animal shelter and really can't get enough of animals. I would not hesitate to hire Ruby to walk my pets or pet sit for short or extended periods.

Schedule
I currently work full time, but have significant availability to care for pets in the evenings and on weekends. I am also able to walk and feed pets before work each morning.
