Short version: Ruby speaks pet! Long version: Ruby was a pet whisperer the moment she met my dog; he totally loved on her (he's not picky but he definitely has his favorites). During the meet & greet I could tell she understood how important sticking to a schedule was, which meant a lot. But going back really quick, what meant the most to me was her empathy (we both want the best for our pets), and this is what made Ruby a trusted sitter. Thank you Ruby, so very much!!

Ruby was a fantastic puppy sitter. She sent us updates throughout the night. Highly recommended. Chloe got a lot of love.

Ruby loves dogs and it showed the moment she met my fur-baby. She is genuine, responsible and goes out of her way to communicate with parent how pet is doing.
